This program was amazing I loved every exercises it pushed me to my limit and the strength I gained after the program is amazing. I feel like I’m in the best shape EVER! I never knew at my age 35 I would feel more athletic than I was playing varsity basketball & soccer back in high school and during that time I thought I was on top of my game.
My wife and I did P90X but let me tell you although P90X3 exercises are only 30min but AB RIPPER is 15min it is high intensity and you sweat and burn calories much faster.
